FAQs
How do I register for a class?
Go to the Classes tab to view all classes we currently have scheduled. Click on the class title to be re-directed to eventbrite where you can see the class description and follow the prompts to register for the class.

The class I want to take is 'SOLD OUT'. Can I still get in? What about a waitlist?
Our class limits are determined based on resource availability and as well as instructor preference. We want the classes to be offered to as many people as possible, while still manageable for our instructors. For these reasons, class size is limited and only available on a first come, first serve basis. At this time, we do not offer waitlists.

I am taking a ZOOM class, where is my link?
The invite for your zoom class will be on the PDF ticket you receive via email from eventbrite once you have placed your order. The Zoom invite will also be sent to you via email from training center staff 1-3 business days before the class.

When will my CE hours be submitted to the state?
Please allow at least 2 weeks from the end of your state approved class to expect to see your class hours applied to your state license. Wait time may vary due to state processing time and admin staff workload.

How many hours do I have for this / last year? Did I qualify for the Continuing Education Re-Imbursement Check?
Fill out this FORM and admin staff will get back to you.

How do I know if a class is approved for state credit?
